Malkia Essentials was founded in 2020 during COVID by Theresa Withers when she realized that there weren't many brands in the market that offered plant-based hair care products that were specifically for textured hair and locs that also helped with common scalp issues, helps to moisturized the hair, and also helps with healthy and safe hair growth, so she decided to create her own brand. Since then, she has expanded her hair care line to include products for all hair types, as well as skin care products to help exfoliate dry and rough skin. Theresa's mission is to provide safe and clean beauty products across the world to those that are looking for a plant-based alternative to traditional beauty products.
